Drake wants to marry Rihanna – as the pair’s whirlwind romance continues to escalate.

 The on/off pair recently rekindled their romance and after 29-year-old Drake’s heartfelt admission at the MTV VMAs last week that he has been “in love” with Rihanna since he was 22, things have gotten extremely serious between them.

 A source told E! News: “Drake is very committed to Rihanna. They are both mature and ready to commit now. Drake loves Rihanna so much and  if it was up to him, he would marry her tomorrow.

 “Things are different this time between them for the better. They want to make this work this time with each other.”

Don Jazzy has however revealed in his latest interview with Forbes TV that, ‘no one signs a life time contract. In the case of Korede Bello, Di’ja and Reekado Banks, they signed three years deals and if after three years they decide to move on to do something of their own, it’s fine, because at the end of the day that’s the goal’.

Don Jazzy continued to say, ‘at the point when that happens, the fans may feel offended and the media will get to work to make it look like something else’.

Already, Di’ja, a mother of one, is planting her ‘Dija Nation‘ movement in our minds. Korede Bello calls his teaming fans ‘Bellovers‘, while Reekado Banks calls them ‘Reekadicts‘ and if industry trends is anything to go by, these names might be setting the foundation for their own record label names.

Mavins boss, Don Jazzy has finally opened up on his feud with YBNL’s Olamide, at the Headies early this year.

 

The music producer said that he reacted out of anger, as he is very emotional about his kids.

“I learnt a lesson about anger, I don’t really get angry like that. At that particular point, I was angry and emotional about my kids. You have to understand there’s no greater love than the love of a father for his children,” Jazzy said

“I think that’s the way people should know the amount of love i have for whoever is working for me. Especially those three. I guess I was weak, I was upset, spoke out of tongue. I’m sorry to my fans that expected better from me.”

On how they both resolved the issue, Don Jazzy disclosed “That’s the beauty about adults. In two seconds after saying all that I regretted my actions. I realised that he did too and we got along. We didn’t want it to escalate.”

It would be recalled that on the first day of 2016, Olamide infamously went head to head with Don Jazzy at the Headies award, which led to their rift.

 

MTN Drops Don Jazzy, Davido, Tiwa Savage And More As Ambassadors

 

MTN has revealed their line up of ambassadors for 2016/17, confirming reports that there has been a major reshuffle by the telecoms giant.

There were rumors that the company had dropped a number of it’s major big names, including Davido and Don Jazzy. This has now been confirmed by the company in a new press release.

The press release reads in part: “In line with its commitment to supporting Nigerian musicians by providing alternative platforms through which they can receive lucrative value for their intellectual property, MTN has announced brand ambassadors for 2016-2017.

“Music ambassadors for 2016-2017 are: Praiz(Praise Adejo); Iyanya (Iyanya Mbuk);Chidinma(Chidinma Ekile); Falz (Folarin Falana); Tekno Miles (Augustine Kelechi) andSkales (Raoul Njeng-Njeng)

“Four other ambassadors are – Saka, (Hafiz Oyetoro); Nedu (Steve Onu); Osuofia (NkemOwoh) andAdamu Zango.

MTN Executive, Amina Oyagbola spoke on the new developments. “MTN remains proud to be associated with the growth and development of the careers of all our ambassadors, past and present,” she said.

“We specially thank all our former ambassadors for their immense contributions to building our brand and also making us the network of choice in Nigeria. We will definitely continue to maintain the strong and mutually beneficial relationship with them through the monetisation of their content on all our digital platforms – MTN Music+, CRBT and VAS.”

“Iweanoge posited that they planned to keep alive the same original concept of music brand ambassadorship. MTN would thus retain the services of past winners and participants of its Project Fame music reality TV show.  These include Iyanya, Chidinma and Praiz.

“MTN is particularly proud of these musicians because we not only gave them the platform to express their talent through Project FAME, we have consistently supported them over the years by making them our ambassadors. We are also proud to have been able to contribute to some of Nigeria’s biggest music acts.”

Beyond the Project Fame alumni, Iweanoge also said MTN would still nurture other artistes. MTN would still retain the services of some of its newly-signed brand ambassadors. These include like Falz, Skales and Tekno who are the faces of its youth segment proposition – MTN Pulse.

4yr old is in the process of undergoing sex change and psychologists are concerned

An Australian four year old who is even yet to start kindergarten is receiving help to undergo a sex change and it's not just psychologists who find it worrying, transgender advocates have expressed concern too. The child who identifies as transgender is getting help with the transition process from education officials in New South Wales. 
The youngster, who is the youngest ever person in the country to transition, apparently hopes to complete the full transformation by next year. However, some experts disagree with the situation, saying four is far 'too young' for a child to start undergoing a sex change. Clinical psychologist, Rose Cantali, said it was 'absolutely too early' for the youngster - who cannot be named - to transition. 

"I would be very hesitant and other psychologists would say the same. Everything is developmental at that age," she said. Transgender advocate, Catherine McGregor, agreed that four is 'pretty young for any official policy support'. 

But she added: “In my experience, kids with strong cross-gender identification tend to get it right."

The child whose gender has not been revealed is among an increasing number of small children in the country who identify as transgender and want to undergo sex changes. Gregory Prior, Deputy Secretary of School Operations in New South Wales, said numerous students were 'going through gender transition' in the state's schools.

At Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital, some 250 children as young as three are reportedly being supported by the gender dsyphoria unit. Child psychologist, Michael Carr-Gregg, stressed that some youngsters believe 'with every fibre' of their body that they are transgender.

He is of the opinion that there is a 'huge difference between dress-ups and a child believing with every fibre of their being they are in the wrong body'.

How can a four year old who thinks Santa Claus really exists be absolutely convinced they were born with the wrong gender?
