Little girl beheaded (very graphic photo)

A Facebook user Abdulmumin K. Suleiman posted this photo of a man who looked clearly beaten up, holding the head and body of a little girl. He didn't give much info. He only wrote: "What a heartless being, People with desperation. Don't want to Labour for daily bread. Sharp money. O God savee Us from this evil acts and the evildoers..
