To be candid, the situation in the country will sometimes make your head spin beyond your control but no matter what, you need to find your own calm button. In the quest for victory, people will make you want to bleed blood, they will sometimes want to make you wish you can be insane for a moment just to get back at them. I totally understand that feeling, you are not the only one that has been at that crossroad, just take a deep breath and let go. Don’t ever forget you are your own hero and several people behind need you to lead them by example.
