🚨🇺🇸ED SHEERAN WINS COPYRIGHT APPEAL OVER "THINKING OUT LOUD"


A U.S. appeals court upheld Ed Sheeran’s win against claims that "Thinking Out Loud" copied Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On."

The decision dismisses a lawsuit by Structured Asset Sales, rights owner to Gaye’s song.

Sheeran previously won a similar case filed by the heirs of co-writer Ed Townsend.
