FG Reaffirms Commitment to Administrative Excellence in Federal Civil Servic The Federal Government has reiterated its commitment to enhancing administrative excellence and fostering result-driven service delivery in the Federal Civil Service, in alignment with the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021-2025 (FCSSIP 2025).

Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri, Permanent Secretary, General Services Office, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), made this known during the opening of a 3-day Training Workshop on Administrative Excellence Through Ethics, Discretion, and Result-Driven Service held in Abuja. The workshop aims to equip civil servants with expert and innovative skills necessary for effective performance in the modern workplace. It further reinforces the strategic pillars of FCSSIP 2025, particularly the Performance Management System, ensuring civil servants remain adept at evolving administrative demands. Dr. Mbaeri urged participants to leverage the expertise of facilitators and specialists in administrative excellence, emphasizing the need to integrate ethics, discretion, and innovation into their roles for optimal service delivery. The training is designed to sharpen skills, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of excellence across the Federal Civil Service.
