Today, Friday 26th September 2025, I chaired the Edo State Executive Council meeting where we took major decisions to advance our agenda of practical governance and sustainable development. We approved additional buses for our transport system, new motorbikes to strengthen security, equipment for agriculture, and key road projects across our oil and gas producing communities. In line with the rule of law, we also resolved outstanding compensation matters as ordered by the court. I also briefed Executive Council on my recent trip to Scotland, where we secured a $250 million diaspora investment commitment for Edo State. This reflects our commitment to attracting investments that will grow our economy and create opportunities for our people. Our government remains focused on delivering real results in security, infrastructure, agriculture, transportation, and justice for all.
