We met with the Governor of Shandong Province, Mr. Zhou Naixiang, as part of our efforts to rekindle and strengthen the Shandong–Ogun State Economic and Trade Partnership under the broader Nigeria–China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (NCSP), as agreed by H.E. President @officialABAT, GCFR, and H.E. President Xi Jinping at the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in Beijing, September 2024. This engagement reflects our unwavering commitment to the Renewed Hope Initiative of our President, exemplified by the expansion of investment and cooperation for the benefit of our people. Our discussions focused on opportunities across key sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and human capital development. Shandong Province, being one of China’s most industrially advanced regions, offers immense prospects for collaboration. We are confident that this renewed partnership will open new doors for Ogun State in terms of trade, investment inflows, job creation, and skills transfer. As a government, we remain resolute in our mission to position Ogun State as the gateway to Nigeria’s industrial future. This meeting stands as another milestone in our collective vision of building an economy that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and global partnerships. #BuildingOurFutureTogether #ISEYA #OgunState #DapoAbiodun #OgunChinaInvestmentDrive
