People from the Miao ethnic group played lusheng, a reed-pipe wind instrument, on Monday during the annual Lusheng #Festival in Basha Miao village, located in the mountainous area south of Congjiang county, Guizhou province. The festival, named after the instrument, is held to pray for a good #harvest. On the day, Miao people dress up in their #traditional costumes and take part in a lusheng-playing contest as part of the celebrations. #CulturalJourney
