This current concrete road construction concept introduced by the current federal government looks really promising. Kudos to the Minister for Works Dave Umahi seeing this along Ondo State with ones similar ones in some parts of Delta State, commendable level at the Ekpoma axis in Edo State this one in Ondo some areas as much as four lanes all concrete completed is quite commendable. The rods alone I saw looks like it should be adopted as the new standard even if I'm not an engineer it is obvious this is solid. Most times the challenge of Nigeria having bad roads is not because we lack road infrastructure but unfortunately these roads have always failed the durability test. How long do they last before they start developing potholes and caving in. If this concrete concept can stand the test of time then those who initiated the idea deserves commendation for solving our problem once and for all as Governance is simply solving the problems of the citizens.
