PRESS RELEASE CP NAZIRU ABDULMAJID PSC FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFUL ON THE COMMENCEMENT OF RAMADAN

The Commissioner of Police, Borno State Command, CP Naziru Abdulmajid psc, on behalf of officers and men of the Command, heartily felicitates with Muslim Ummah in Borno State and beyond on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan. 2. The Commissioner of Police describes Ramadan as a sacred period of devotion, sacrifice, self discipline, and compassion, urging the faithful to use the opportunity to pray for enduring peace, unity, and prosperity in Borno State and the nation at large. 3. CP Naziru Abdulmajid calls on residents to continue to support security agencies with credible and timely information, remain law abiding, and embrace the spirit of tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and mutual respect throughout the fasting period. 4. The Command has put in place adequate security measures across the State to ensure a peaceful and hitch-free Ramadan. Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers, and Tactical Commanders have been directed to intensify patrols, particularly around mosques, prayer grounds, markets, and other public places. 5. The Commissioner of Police reassures members of the public of the Command’s unwavering commitment to the protection of lives and property and wishes all Muslim faithful a peaceful, rewarding, and spiritually fulfilling Ramadan.
