STATEMENT BY DR. BELLO MATAWALLE (@Bellomatawalle1), HON. MINISTER OF STATE DEFENCE (@MODInfoNg), ON THE WEDDING CEREMONY OF HIS CHILDREN.

Today, I had the rare blessing of a father, as I gave out my children in marriage at the National Mosque, Abuja. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@officialABAT) did my family the greatest honour I could possibly ask for by graciously serving as Wali to my children. I wish to use this platform to first express my profound gratitude to Mr President for his fatherliness, kindness, and affection towards me and my family—and, most of all, for standing with us at this extraordinary moment of joy and celebration. We are deeply grateful and truly honoured, Mr President. I also sincerely thank everyone who attended and honoured my family with their presence and prayers at the wedding of my children. To my colleagues in the Cabinet, my friends, my family members, the great people of Zamfara State, and well-wishers from across the country, I remain eternally grateful for the overwhelming love and support you have shown me and my family. To those who travelled from afar to share in this joyous occasion, I pray for your safe journey to your final destinations. May the Almighty Allah go with you all.
