Following a long battle with cancer, OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky “passed away peacefully,” a spokesperson for the company revealed today.

A reclusive billionaire, Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Limited, in 2018, and from there saw the adult content platform's popularity skyrocket during the Covid-19 pandemic. By 2021, his stake in the company vaulted him onto Forbes' billionaire list, and at the time of his passing his net worth stood at $4.7 billion. Though he held discussions over a full sale of OnlyFans at $8 billion last summer, he had recently been in talks to sell a 60% stake, which would have valued the site at about $5.5 billion, per Bloomberg. He also ran a venture capital fund called Leo, which invested in tech companies. Born in Ukraine, Radvinsky's family moved to the US when he was young. Famously, he made a point to stay out of the spotlight, rarely giving public interviews. 📸 : OnlyFans / Facebook
