Michael Jackson’s legacy remains ingrained in the fabric of music. With his story introduced to a new generation through the film ‘Michael’, we thought it timely to reflect on his GRAMMY moments that became cultural milestones. Like the time he became the first artist to win eight GRAMMY Awards in a single night in 1984, or the night he attended the ceremony with the Jackson 5 in 1974. Over his solo career, MJ was nominated 38 times and won 13. He won his first award for “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” in 1980 and later received the Legend Award in 1993 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.
