Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is understood to be among the names on Manchester City's radar as they formulate a list of potential wing targets. City have looked at Paris Saint-Germain's Ibrahim Mbaye and RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande, among others. Tottenham have been working to agree a deal for City's Savinho but Enzo Maresca's side want a replacement lined up.
