Not real image A 25-year-old sugar boy, Uwadiegwu Henry, and two others have been arrested by the police after a 40-year-old woman identified as Helen Peters allegedly died in their custody. Their plan was to kidnap her and thereafter extort money from her rich husband as ransom. According to Tribune, Henry and his accomplices, Monday Ochonu 25 and Taiwo Adebiyi, allegedly committed the offence at 36, Fashola Street, Papa Ashafa, in Agege area of Lagos. Henry told the police that he was the boyfriend of the deceased. He was said to have solicited the help of Taiwo, a nurse who supplied a Lagatine injection which was allegedly used to incapacitate the victim so as to kidnap her. The third accomplice, Monday, was said to have tied the deceased’s hands and legs backward with a rope and also covered her mouth with a piece of cloth which suffocated her to death. Policemen from the Oko-Oba division in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area of Lagos State last Sunday February 21st arrested the General Overseer of the Victorious Sacred Solemn Healing and Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Oluwaseyi Idowu, for allegedly impregnating two sisters. According to  The Nation , the pastor was invited to set up his church and manage a flat in the two sisters’ father’s compound when he had accommodation problems in Agege. He moved in and started having an amorous relationship with the sisters. One of their brothers narrated what happened. He said; “I and my brothers bought my father a two-storey building in Ogunsola close, Abule-Egba and at that time, Pastor Oluwaseyi had rent issues. 10-year-old California girl Kiera Larsen, died while saving two toddlers from a rolling vehicle. The 3 children were playing on Monday evening around 5pm, when the 10 year old noticed an SUV rolling in reverse towards them and pushed the two babies, ages 1 and 2, away from the SUV, police in Lakeside said. The vehicle struck the 10-year-old and pushed her through a fence, KGTV reported. She was immediately rushed to the to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Neighbours said the children were playing in their yard before the vehiclre rolled towards them. Officials didn’t explain why the SUV, a 1999 Mercedes-Benz, started rolling in reverse down the driveway. “She is truly a hero. According to a statement released by the Police Public Relations Officer, for the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command, DSP Ahmad Muhammad , at about 1:30 am yesterday morning, Thursday 25th, two suspected armed robbers, 27 years old Gabriel Samuel and 31 year old Wokeko Samuel were arrested along Cheribim Road, GRA, Port Harcourt following a distress call to the effect that they snatched at gun point a black Toyota Corolla with registration number ABM 473 AA. The vehicle was reportedly snatched from its owner during the early  hours of the day at Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt.   According to DSP Muhammad, two locally made revolver pistols and two rounds of .9mm live ammunitions were recovered from them.    The suspects during questioning confessed to have been members of a four man armed robbery gang that terrorizes Ada George, Eagle Island and Rumuola axis of Port Harcourt.    Police investigation continues..
