“Each time I remember PSquare, I remember the story AKON told me about them.

Akon said, in 2007 he was booked for a show in Zambia. And was paid heavily for the show. But it happened he got another heavily paid show elsewhere on that same day. So he reached out to PSquare. He said, bros, I have a problem. I have two booked shows on a certain date in Zambia and elsewhere. I’ll be in Zambia later that day, but I need you guys to hold the show for me before I arrive. “Akon went ahead to pay them their normal booking fee, and on that day, sent a private jet to Nigeria to pick them up. He said when the show started, and the emcee announced that PSquare was there to perform, everywhere scattered. “Truly I don’t know what happened between those brothers, but they shouldn’t have separated. Their breakup really hurt their massive brand.” — Legendary music executive, Obi Asika
