Beloved, one of the highest honours of priesthood is the privilege to bless in the Name of the Lord. 👑✨ You may not hold a microphone or preach a message, but as a priest unto God, you are called to release blessing—through your prayers, your kindness, your giving, and the lives you lift. Every act of blessing is a seed that God honors. 🌱🔥 In today’s Testimonies & Thanksgiving Service – 5 Hours in God’s Presence, we were reminded that priesthood is not just position—it is responsibility. And one key duty is to be God’s channel of blessing on the earth. Which part of the message “Called Unto Priesthood” stirred your heart today? Over 330 Projects Activated Nationwide President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration has ignited the most ambitious road rehabilitation effort Nigeria has seen in over a decade, activating more than 330 federal road projects across the country. This renewed infrastructure push reflects the President’s commitment to ending years of neglect, easing transportation bottlenecks, and restoring public confidence in government capacity. Under the Renewed Hope Agenda, strategic federal highways that were once death traps are now receiving urgent attention, bringing relief to millions of commuters and businesses. From the North to the South, East to West, the scale of activity is unprecedented. In just his first years in office, President Tinubu has ensured that contractors returned to sites that had been abandoned while also approving fresh projects in critical economic corridors. Key highways such as Abuja–Kaduna–Zaria–Kano, Lagos–Ibadan, Kano–Maiduguri, East–West Road, and the Lokoja–Benin Expressway are witnessing new momentum. These projects, long overdue, are now benefiting from accelerated funding and stricter project monitoring under Tinubu’s supervision. Beyond major highways, the administration has also prioritised rural and inter-state link roads, recognising that true economic growth requires connecting agricultural communities to markets. The President’s decision to invest heavily in feeder roads has already begun reducing post-harvest losses while improving the movement of goods across regions. Farmers, transporters, and traders are now experiencing shorter travel times and lower vehicle maintenance costs, real impacts that trickle down to household incomes. A major driver of this progress is Tinubu’s dedication to transparent infrastructure financing. The introduction of better procurement systems, increased collaboration with the private sector, and tighter oversight of the Federal Ministry of Works have significantly boosted efficiency. The administration has also revived the use of concrete technology for key roads, improving durability and reducing long-term maintenance costs. These reforms are helping Nigeria get greater value for every naira spent on infrastructure. The cascading benefits of these road repairs are already shaping Nigeria’s economic landscape. Improved logistics is enabling manufacturers to reduce operating expenses, while transporters benefit from smoother journeys and fewer breakdowns. Small businesses along highways mechanics, food vendors, fuel stations, and local markets are thriving again as traffic flow improves. With over 330 projects in motion, the Renewed Hope infrastructure plan is positioning Nigeria for stronger economic competitiveness, regional trade, and investor confidence. As Nigeria continues its path toward structural transformation, President Tinubu’s road infrastructure legacy is becoming a defining pillar of his administration. The scale, speed, and sincerity of this nationwide rehabilitation effort demonstrate a leader fully committed to fixing what has long been broken. For millions of Nigerians who spend hours navigating federal highways daily, the Tinubu administration is not just repairing roads; it is restoring hope, rebuilding trust, and laying a permanent foundation for national development.

I’m pleased to share that I’ve taken on the role of Taskmaster, leading the operationalisation of the Youth Entrepreneurship Investment Funds (YEIB), a $300m blended-capital initiative backed by @AfDB_Group, @nsia_nigeria, @DevBankNG and the @FinMinNigeria This complements my work at @SabouCapital, where we focus on adaptive financing for SMEs in underserved regions. YEIB allows this mission to scale nationally for youth-led enterprises. We’ll be engaging stakeholders in the coming months to shape YEIB’s design and ensure it reflects the real needs of young entrepreneurs across Nigeria.

The difference is stark. 🤦 Nigeria’s institutions are so weak that President Tinubu had to assemble ministers, service chiefs, the IGP, and top officials just to form the US–Nigeria Working Group. In the US, institutions are strong enough that this same engagement is handled by routine civil-service structures. They simply activate existing desks: Africa Security Desk (DoD) West Africa Bureau (State Department) Intelligence liaison units Civilian harm-mitigation teams USAID humanitarian desks For them, it’s normal bureaucratic work 🤷 not a make-or-break national effort. But in Nigeria, it looks like an extraordinary emergency. We don’t even have a proper institutional name for it, so we call it a “working group.”😭😭
