+ 1 today 🎉🎉🎉 I wrote a short gratitude reflection below: I am super grateful for Allah’s continuous Mercy and Grace. This year for me is like 10 years packed in one. Both in form of tests and tremendous amount of progress. I am grateful for the ability to go through difficult times with a degree of calmness and sanity, but also the ability to understand that humility is needed because every progress we make does not takeway the fickleness of life, and how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things. As I continue my limited time here, I pray for the ability to continuously want to impact the lives of others in as a little a way as I can, but to also not neglect or forget my primary responsibilities as a mother and a woman. I am grateful for my family and friends that still hang around me, it is not easy to be my friend. I am also grateful for the ability to now look after myself; something I spent a long time forgetting about. I cannot Thank God enough for the opportunities he has given me, and I pray I am able to use them to impact the world in the little way that I can. Oh and my make up artist decided to make me look like a slay Queen yesterday, I also decided to embody it 😂
