The Nigeria Police Force through the INTERPOL National Central Bureau in Abuja, arrested and recovered $23,000 from a romance scammer Achufusi Obioma Ikenna and repatriated the full amount to the victim in Cayman Islands. This is following a request from the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. The scammer will be arraigned.
