Out of the 23 billionaires in Africa, 17 of them are from Nigeria, South Africa and Egyptm Together, these three countries have about $114.3 billion out of Africa's total $126.7 billion in billionaire wealth. Aliko Dangote is Africa's richest person. He has about $35.5 billion. He is followed by Johann Rupert of South Africa with $16.1 billion. Nigeria's Abdulsamad Rabiu is now the third-richest person in Africa. His wealth grew a lot this year after the value of BUA Cement shares went up. Nigeria has four billionaires with a combined wealth of about $50 billion. Many African countries do not have a single billionaire on the list. This shows that most of Africa's billionaire wealth is concentrated in just a few countries. #1official
