Messi has been fined an undisclosed amount by MLS for slapping Philadelphia’s Quinn Sullivan on the back of the neck as the two exchanged words Wednesday night. Inter Miami’s 2-2 draw against the Union ended in a heated confrontation that saw two red cards in stoppage time, but Sullivan’s booking and suspension were later rescinded by the league on Friday.
